CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure our clients and staff have a positive experience. While we understand that life happens, and will do our best to accommodate any changes to your appointment, we adhere to a very strict 48 hour policy.
We kindly ask that you notify Prism Hair Studio within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Confirmation/Reminders
Confirmation texts and emails will be sent one week prior to your scheduled appointment time, as well as a reminder text two days prior to your scheduled time.
Cancellation Fee
Appointments altered within 48 hours of your scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service. Appointments that are no-showed without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Credit Card Required
A credit card must be on file to book an appointment. Your card is only charged for cancelled or rescheduled appointments with less than 48 hours' notice.
